Originally from Wilmington, NC, Chris has called Raleigh home for the past 30 years. He began his career in real estate here in the Triangle over 20 years ago and is more passionate about the home buying and selling process now than the day he started. In the beginning, Chris began his real estate career selling new homes for several large builders. After a number of standout years in sales, Chris decided to transition into management as Director and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for two of the largest builders in the Triangle. After 9 years in management, Chris decided to go back to his first love, which is directly helping people and families with their real estate needs. He joined the #1 Real Estate Firm in the Triangle in Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston, and has enjoyed quickly becoming a top producer in the #1 office within the firm.
Chris’ drive, determination, skilled business acumen and a wealth of experience will help you get the best possible value when buying or selling one of the most important investments in your life. With many years working in new home construction and resale, Chris has the experience to help ensure a smooth and seamless process from beginning to end. In today’s fast paced market, Chris’ biggest strength is understanding exactly what it takes to get your home ready for market or under contract and closed as efficiently as possible. “My reputation has been built on attention to detail, follow through, tough negotiation skills and exceptional customer service. I look forward to using my experience and passion to help you achieve your real estate goals.” Chris balances his work with an active family life with his wife of 20 years, Angie and three wonderful children, Jack, Alex and Jude. He also enjoys cooking, gardening, cross fit, guitar and spending time with family.
